Understand site privacy

Privacy

Quick answer: The planning tools do not request personal details. Where optional Google Analytics is configured, its tag loads only after you allow analytics; you can change that choice in Privacy settings.

Information and analytics

The planning tools do not ask you to submit names, email addresses, travel dates or location details. The site has no account system or contact form. Optional analytics is described below. Some provider booking buttons use tracked affiliate links: opening one takes you to viator.com with attribution parameters so bookings can be credited to this site's Viator partner account. Other provider links are untracked. Viator's privacy terms apply after you open one of its links.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's Privacy Notice says it may process website traffic information, including end-user IP addresses, location inferred from IP addresses and system configuration. Vercel's privacy terms apply to its handling of that information.

Analytics and affiliate tracking

Where a GA4 measurement ID is configured for this site, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. The same choice applies to the homepage and all five destination guides. You can change it using Privacy settings at the bottom of the page. Rejecting analytics keeps the Google tag off. Withdrawing permission blocks further events, clears this site's Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the tag. Your choice is saved in this browser.

With permission, we count page views and limited planning-tool and affiliate-link interactions. Page-view URLs omit query strings and fragments; external referrers are reduced to their origin. Tool events identify which control changed, but omit the selected values. Affiliate-click events contain page, provider, product and placement identifiers, not the destination URL or booking details. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalization are disabled in the tag configuration. Google's tag consent guide explains consent controls; Google's Privacy Policy describes its data practices.

External provider links

Links to provider listings and official tourism sources leave this site. Their own privacy policies and terms apply after you open them.

If you email the public contact, your email address and message are received in the site owner’s mailbox so the owner can respond. Email is optional; do not include sensitive information. Your email provider’s privacy policy applies to that exchange.
